So apparently I do better with like 6 hours of sleep than I do with 8 or so. Go figure. I know this because, recently, I’ve been very good about going to bed at a reasonable time. My alarm clock is set for 8:30 and I’ve been going to bed usually around midnight. And every morning I wake up at like 7:00 and I’m wide awake. I have to practically force myself back to sleep until the alarm goes off. Meanwhile, one or two nights I’ve stayed up an extra couple of hours and, when the alarm rings at 8:30 the next morning I feel great.
Weird.
