What you see above is my new road frame. As you may remember, the replacement road frame I got from a guy up in Evanston wasn’t going to work. Just couldn’t get the chainline straight. I still have that frame, but still needed something to build up into a new fixed gear. I did some looking around, and found this at Chuck’s Clearance Bicycles. Great gear, crazy low prices. It might be a tiny bit big, but I can make it work. And for $90 for a reasonably good steel frame and fork from Marin, I’m not going to complain.
And it’s red. Which makes it fast. =3
